「這個肉汁應該會很棒！」平時最嚴厲的Chef Bogen看著我爐子上篤篤冒著熱氣的鍋子說。Chef 邀請了幾位同學來參考醬汁的色澤、甚至有一、兩位同學試了味道；擺盤評分時，Chef 吃了一口發出「Hmmmm~」滿足聲。
「Just home cook.」當Chef 問我是否待過日本廚房，我靦腆回答。
